Walking more than normal routine will result in lower blood pressure, good HDL cholesterol level and lower percentage of body fats.

Drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water daily increases the rate of metabolism which normally start reducing after the age of 25. Drinking of water also helps in consumption and burning of calories consumed. It is best tip to drink a glass of water before meals and snacks so that the less quantity of meals and snacks are taken.
